Description

Accent is looking for a Contractor to deliver high quality external remedial works to Medium Rise Apartment Blocks based in Surrey, works to include:

Alexander House,
• The removal of the existing external leaf of external wall insulation to all elevations to all floors
• The installation of new render/brick slip external wall insulated system
• Renewal of double glazed PVCu windows
• Renewal of PVCu doors and metal doors to rear ground floor
• Replacement RWG's top floors
• Decorations to previously painted surfaces; And

Stafford House
• The removal of the existing metal cladding to the south elevation only
• The installation of new external wall insulated cladding system to south elevation only
• Removal of the top floor of Stafford House including associated M&E works and laying of a new single ply flat roofing membrane
• Cyclical decorations to all elevations to include re-decoration of previously painted surfaces, concrete repairs, and window repairs

The successful Contractor will have an experienced skill set and a proven track record of providing similar works and services.
