New Forest District Council plans to build twenty two new affordable homes in former Hythe Medical Centre as part of the Housing Strategy to provide more homes for local people
As part of the next stage, NFDC is seeking to appoint a specialist contractor to carry out the enabling works to prepare the site prior to the new build contract. This comprises the demolition of the existing building, including the removal of all asbestos-containing materials as describe in the scope and detailed in the works specification and other tender documents
