Description
The National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a contract to Align Property Partners Limited using Lot 2: Estate (Property) Management and Lot 3: Agency and Lease Management of Crown Commercial Services Estate Management services Framework.
The selected supplier will be supporting the NAO with marketing the NAO's current and future vacant London office space for leasing to potential new clients.
The mobilisation phase will commence on Monday 6th January 2025 with contract go live date of Monday 3rd February 2025 and shall continue for an initial period of 2 years until Tuesday 2nd February 2027. The contract may be extended by 3,12 months extension until Saturday 2nd February 2030 at the NAO's discretion.
The contract value is £250,000.00 inclusive of VAT
