Instead of: Demonstrate through product description, product literature and performance data that you can supply a product that meets each TCOS requirement as detailed below. Failure to demonstrate compliance with any of these requirements will result in removal from the competition. The User shall be provided with a capability that shall not increase the overall weight of the 'helmet system' by more than 150 grams (this is to include 'on-board' batteries and clip-on bracket for mounting to goggles and exclude the weight of any ancillary power and data services).

Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
