Description

North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) and NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new.

The framework will be for 24 months with the option to extend for period(s) up to 24 months.

These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NOE CPC and NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. NOE CPC and NHS SBS are working in collaboration with each other and intend to put in place a replacement Framework Agreement for the provision of Tech Devices - Link 4 and related Goods and Services to be used by Approved Organisations.

Suppliers wishing to contribute their thoughts and views for the development of this framework must submit their response to this RFI by 12:00 noon on Monday 3rd June 2024 via the NHS Atamis e-tendering system.
