Description

The Guinness Partnership Ltd is seeking to appoint a FIRAS registered qualified Contractor to carry out Passive Fire Protection Works. The initial works are required within 19 properties across the North of England.
Passive Fire Protection surveys have been carried out across 19 schemes.
The requirement for the schemes is to carry out fire stopping works to ensure the fire compartmentation is reinstated above the false ceilings and loft spaces in the communal areas, including any service penetrations between flats and communal areas and over cross corridor door heads.
