Description

Bury Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to provide strength based training, group mentoring and coaching to staff across the health and social care sector in Bury. This training is fundamental to delivering transformation in this sector. It is anticipated that training will be delivered in 2 phases over an 18 month programme commencing mid-March 2019 with an optional 3 phases for additional staff if required. All sessions must be completed by no later than September 2020, including the optional phases, if required.
