Description
The final date and time for the submission of bids is Monday 30th November 2020 at 11:00am.

All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal.
Brief Description of Requirement:
The functional lifetime of the majority of control panels on ISIS will be ending soon. To this end, we need to upgrade all panels on the ISIS door control network to iSTAR Ultra SE's.
The ISIS Access Control system installed is the Tyco C-Cure 9000 Enterprise Architecture Access Control system (MAS & SAS). This system is installed throughout the STFC sites and controls access to key areas as defined by the STFC Security policy.
The enterprise architecture puts significant risk on the commissioning of additional doors, events, clearances cardholders and creating new Satellite Application Servers. Any errors made in the commissioning could have significant impact not just to the individual project but across the entire Enterprise. Due to this complexity the minimum skill requirement for installation of systems installed within STFC, ISIS and associated partners is a Tyco Enterprise Partner.
Overview of Required Work
1) Prior to installation, each iSTAR Pro must be re-created on the ISIS SAS within C.Cure 9000 including all relevant permissions, events and associations.
2) Retain the cabinets and upgrade all the iSTAR Pro's circuit boards to new iSTAR Ultra SE GSM & ACM Circuit Boards.
3) Test the operation of each new panel upgrade.
4) Remove the old iSTAR Pro information from the ISIS SAS.
5) Apply the new configuration to the iSTAR Ultra SE and fully test and commission onto the ISIS SAS and the site STFC MAS.
