Description

Dacorum Borough Council is currently conducting a comprehensive review of how Parking Services are delivered. For that reason the Council is keen to explore all options or solutions that may be currently available in the market for these services. As part of this review The Council is conducting a pre-procurement market engagement process to explore these options and better understand business, technological and innovative solutions that are available. In addition this will allow the Council to gauge the level of market interest and on what terms solutions can be delivered.
The purpose of the market engagement is to allow and enable potentially interested organisations with appropriate expertise and relevant experience to:
o Outline and generate initial views/ideas around the outcomes, scope and the potential procurement strategy (i.e. with no commitment to themselves or the Council).
o Engage with the Council to understand its challenges, intentions and desired outcomes.
o Inform the Council of current business, technological and innovative solutions and market developments along with any indicative costs
o Enable the Council to understand how the Current Requirements could be shaped and delivered.
o Explain the potential options available to the Council.
