Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a type of obstructive lung disease characterized by chronically poor airflow.

The software solution 'myCOPD' will be used as part of a pulmonary rehabilitation programme to allow some patients access to a self care application, to help them to monitor and enhance their quality of life.
