Expression of Interest to Tender for
A Library Resource Management System & Resource Discovery Solution

The University of London, the Senate House Library and the School of Advanced Study are proud to announce an opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to work with their nationally and internationally regarded research libraries. We are seeking to award a contract for the development, implementation, maintenance and support of a cloud based software solution for managing library resources. This new library management system will be the successor to an existing system and this new contract provides for a wider scope service than traditional library systems and will include a search and resource discovery solution that is independent but closely coupled to the library system. The contract that will be awarded will require service provision for the following group of research libraries:

• Senate House Library
• Institute of Advanced Legal Studies Library
• Institute of Classical Studies Library
• Institute of Historical Research Library
• Warburg Institute Library
• Heythrop College University of London
• The University of London institute in Paris
• The Wallace Collection
• The hosted catalogue of the Bibliographical Society

The prequalification questionnaire and tender documents can be found online on the Proactis e-tendering system here: https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login. This tender will be conducted electronically and tenderers can register on Proactis for free. Once registered the project can be found under the "opportunities" tab with the name "Library Management System" or by the project number ERFX1000028. All PQQ and tender details can be found in the documents on the Proactis site. Suppliers are strongly advised to read these thoroughly before deciding to bid.

For audit purposes all queries must be raised online through the Proactis messaging servicer ONLY; queries submitted by external e mail or by phone or in person will not be taken and tenderers will be referred to the Proactis online system.

This is a Single Stage Tender. Suppliers must complete the PQQ and the Tender and return both before 12:00pm on 9 November 2015. No late tenders will be considered for this procurement exercise.
