Description

The Contractor provides the staff, operates and manages the Recycling Village and provides the transport as and when required to deliver the sorted waste material to end outlets specified by the Authority, with the Contractor incentivised to maximise recycling performance. The Authority bears any disposal costs/receives any income from the outlets in respect of material delivered there.
