Description

This contract is for the provision of ad hoc (as required) catering services to be provided for a range of functions within Council Buildings. Some of the services required will be specifically for the Council and others will be procured by the Council for third parties using our facilities. The function/meeting rooms of the Town Hall and other main Council Buildings are utilised for this purpose. St. Helens Council does not operate its own in house catering facilities. As such service providers are required to administer the day to day catering requirements of the Council's buildings. Those organising functions within our buildings are not permitted to access other caterers outside of this process. The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a number of catering companies to provide catering services within St.Helens Council Buildings.
