Description

BEIS have a requirement for CTSI to continue catering for the Online Dispute Resolution Contact Point. The UK will depart from the European Union in April 2019, and BEIS are bound to provide this service until the UK's departure. CTSI as the current contractor to continue to provide a telephone and online information and support service that fulfils the requirements of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR Regulation' until end of March 2019. Subsequently, this Contract Variation's purpose is to increase the current contract length (9th July 2015 till 8th January 2019) by a three month period from 9th January 2019 till 31st March 2019. Its additional purpose also being to increase the call-off value of £297,739.00 excluding VAT by £22,208.33 excluding VAT to £319,947.33 excluding VAT.
