Description: A new development of 53 flats in 3 blocks will be built on Collingwood Estate in 2019/2020. The new development requires some of the existing district heating services to be modified and re-routed to the existing plantrooms.
Works will consist of works to the existing culvert, working in confined spaces, stripping out of old services, digging new trenches for new mains pipework, works to the plantrooms and hard & soft landscaping works.
The project is located within the Collingwood Estate residential housing estate situated within the road/street boundaries of Barnsley Street to the north, Collingwood Street to the west, Darling Row to the south and Cambridge Heath Road (A107) to the east. Headlam Street bisects the estate running east/west.
There will be works within the plant rooms of existing residential buildings and these buildings will be occupied whilst the works are being carried out.

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods.
Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the opportunity documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire.
