Description

East Herts District Council (EHDC) wants to select a Marketing and Branding consultant as part of its consultant team involved on the re-development of Hertford Theatre. The commission is expected to be completed in two separate phases.
Scope:
This tender scope is for both Phases.
The project recently completed Stage 3 Developed Design and is shortly to progress Stage 4 which will be concluded at the end of February 2021. Phase 1 which will coincide with this period of work, the appointed Marketing and Branding consultant will work with the client team and design consultants, including the appointed Interior Design consultant Citizens Design Bureau, to inform the development of the final stage of design development. This will form the basis of the tender documentation to the contractors.
Phase 2 will cover the balance of the assignment and will be undertaken later in construction period. The website and all associated publicity is expected to be completed and be operational by Easter 2022 a year ahead of opening.
