Description

Authority is looking to purchase or rent a Mill size cardboard Baler. Suppliers are invited to provide costings for the purchase or rent on a five year term for the following machines or equivalents. 1 x Orwak 3620 Baler, 1 x Orwak 3420 Baler, 1 x Orwak 3820 Baler.
Rental prices should include call outs, labour and parts, installation, user manuals and full user training.
Purchase costs should include installation, user manuals and full user training. Bidders should also include the cost of an annual maintenance contract for each machine which should be fully comprehensive including two pre-planned service visits per annum and include all parts, labour and breakdown call outs due to fair wear and tear. Bidders should ensure that pricing for each machine is exclusive and not dependent upon the authority purchasing or renting more than one machine type.
