The project aims at reconstructing the neural connectome of entire organism at the ultrastructural level. We will collect uniform, uninterrupted series of ultrathin (30-50 nm) sections for serial section electron microscopy. We wish to purchase 2 x ultramicrotome's with anti-vibration system, automated control, and good illumination for room temperature sectioning
