Description

The Eiffage Kier JV HS2 Main Civils Works, Lots C2 & C3 will be establishing compounds and worksites across the trace. Each of these locations will require infrastructure to support the workforce, ranging from the erection of suitable offices and meeting rooms for the Project Directors and the Client to operate from, through to temporary locations, established for interim periods or in a transient nature which the workforce can utilise during break times.
We will utilise semi permanent modular type buildings at each of it's compound locations. These will vary in size, requiring office space and meeting rooms to support, at the smallest location, c25 workers to c300 at the largest. Changing facilities and canteen area being required to support up to 200 workers changing simultaneously at peak. The worksites will be more transient in nature, requiring welfare units to support smaller workforce numbers (between 8-32) during break times and briefings. These transient units must be self sustaining as no mains connectivity will be available, and be robust enough to be moved by the vehicle fleet of Hookloaders and Craneloaders if required. Units based on a standard 20ft ISO container, increasing to 30ft in extremis is acceptable.
A mixture of purchase and lease option will be explored.
