Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of Specialist Technical Sevices. The specialist services will assist the Maintenance Requirements team within Safety, Engineering and Standards, supporting delivery of Highways England's Litter Strategy's aim of a network predominantly free from litter without compromising safety and delivered affordably.
Our aspiration will be to effectively work collaboratively to tackle littering at source, reduce the need for litter picking and collection, and deliver an effective litter clearing service.
