Description

The BBC Systems and facilities required to capture, produce and distribute the BBC's content within broadcast
and media production facilities.
Lot structure
Lot 1: Consult
Working with the BBC during the plan and shape phase of a project or programme.
Lot 2: Install
Responsible for installation of equipment to systems designs supplied by the BBC
Lot 3: Integrate
Responsible for end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC
requirements. Includes hardware, software and network integration, as required by each project.
Lot 3: is split into three sub-lots:
Lot 3a: Integrate Small and Medium Scale Systems;
Lot 3b: Integrate Large Scale Systems;
Lot 3c: Integrate Vehicles.

The Framework Agreements will have a term of 3 years commencing on 1.12.2018 and ending on 30.11.2021.The Framework Agreement may be extended at the BBCs discretion by up to 12 months. If the BBC wishes to exercise this option, it will give written notice to the successful provider no later than 60 days prior to the end of the initial term.
