Description

The Council currently has Quest Recovery Manager to support its Active Directory services.

Due to increasing concerns and focus by BCC on Cyber Security Risks (i.e Ransomware) we are looking to protect critical servers such as Active Directory services. Our current version of the Quest Recovery Manager Tool does not meet our DR requirement and requires upgrading.

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier to;

o Provide 16,500 Perpetual Licences and maintenance for Recovery Manager for Active Directory Disaster Recovery Edition.
o Provide Professional Technical/Project Management services to assist in the implementation of the new Software solution DR tools.

This contract will be for a period of 1 years, commencing 01/04/2021 until 31/03/2023.
