In order to support Kirklees Council in administering the delivery obligations placed on the developers in delivering the Soothill site in Batley, it is intended that a single firm will be procured to act as the Council's Compliance Inspector, who will deliver the scope of services as follows; Pre-Start on Site Meeting, Start on Site Monitoring Report, Quantity Surveyor, Monthly Monitoring Reports, Contract Management, Final Completion Certificate, Policing the Standing Stock Clause.
