Charnwood Borough Council is seeking to appoint experienced consultants to prepare an Affordable Housing Viability Assessment to support its policies in its new Local Plan.

Charnwood Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan and requires robust evidence to inform its planning policies for affordable housing. This evidence is needed to inform a draft plan due to for consultation in October 2018.

The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification.
