Description

In this section the scope and key deliverables for this project are identified as follows:
Extremely reliable and cost-effective leased print copy and scan devices.
o Excellent response and repair times set out in the KPIs.
o Management information reports to be shared monthly,
o Equitrac 6 software management - upgrades, installation or suitable equivalent.
o Ability for staff to log on to printers using the councils ID Access system badge which is currently PAC or where required via a user password.
o Managed service - remote trouble shooting, orders for toner and consumables generated automatically, including third party solution service desk support.
o Push print option

The following requirements are outside the scope of this project:
o Central print equipment
