Description

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor for Bissmon Road Drainage Works. This includes the installation of a new raw sewage treatment plant, the removal of the redundant sewage treatment works, the installation of new foul and surface water drainage and associated works. , under a JCT minor works contract.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
