Description

There is a drive to continue to decrease delayed transfer of care, and therefore a
continued requirement for the positive step beds. The Council had wanted to continue to
commission the beds via the CHCP but in May 2019 the CHCP informed the Council they
wished to no longer commission the beds on the Council's behalf.
