Description

The Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) is the science inside the UK defence and security.

An executive agency of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) providing world class expertise and delivering cutting-edge science and technology for the benefit of the nation and allies.

Dstl conducted a further competition procurement to identify and appoint a single NISSS Service Delivery Partner (NSDP) for the New Information System Service Solution (NISSS) Portfolio, which will deliver a modern, agile, scalable, secure and customer focused IS Service that is a critical enabler to the delivery of high-impact Science and Technology (S&T) within Dstl.

The NSDP will be contracted on an output based delivery approach which will have a linked and supported milestone payment schedule for delivering those outputs. As a result Dstl will not be prescriptive in the amount of resource required to deliver the outputs, however, will expect the mutually agreed time and quality requirements to be met.
