Description
The Council is looking to secure the services of a consultant to complete a robust Water Cycle Study (WCS) to support the development of the Runnymede 2035 Local Plan.
The WCS must comply with the Environment Agency's current guidance on producing water cycle studies, and must be compliant with the NPPF and PPG.
As a minimum, as part of the commission, a phase 1 scoping study will need to be completed. This scoping study will help ensure that the proposed Local Plan growth strategy and allocations occur within environmental constraints, the appropriate infrastructure is provided in a timely manner, and the allocations are deliverable. This will help ensure that the assessment is targeted to the environmental and infrastructure constraints.
Further phases of work may also be required.
