DEADLINE TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2021- 23:59HRS (MEXICO CITY TIME)
REGION- LATIN AMERICA
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (the Authority), represented by the British Embassy in Mexico City, seeks to appoint one Service Supplier to provide technical support for the publication of Mexico City's procurement data in Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS).
The work will be undertaken under the supervision of the Anti-Corruption, Digitalisation and Competition Policy Unit at the British Embassy in Mexico City, through regular planning and review meetings with the delivery partner to ensure that the work plans align with the Transforming Procurement Systems Programme's (TPS) vision and objectives, and review progress against these.
Active knowledge transfer is a deliverable to occur between a technical specialist on OCDS implementation and Mexico City's Digital Agency development team
The primary beneficiary of this project will be Mexico City's Digital Agency/ Agencia Digital de Innovación Pública (ADIP), as part of Mexico City Government
Objectives:
Publish Mexico City's procurement data in accordance with the Open Procurement Data Standard (OCDS) within the Tianguis Digital public purchases system.
Provide citizens and government officials with an adequate tool to follow the money, from planning and assurance to contract award and execution.
Provide accessible and reliable information to a multiplicity of interested parties.

1. Regarding times and dates: All times and dates refer to Mexico City time. We encourage the interested providers to have an agenda compatible with working hours in Mexico City.
2. Submitting bid/application as natural person: Applications as a natural person, legal entity/person are wellcome. All interested persons must meet the general & technical qualifications described in the tender, as well as be in compliance with local tax requirements of the region where work will be conducted.
3. Signing Bona Fide Certificate and electronic signatures: Electronic signatures are accepted for submissions of tenders and bona fide certification. You may use Adobe PDF format for signatures and include as attachments when completing submission.
4. FCDO Terms & Conditions (Short Contract) and annexes: This Document is shared for referece purposes and serves as a general template for contract signing. Annexes will be selected and added to contract by the Authority once a provider is appointed.
5. Methodology and gender strategy: This should be included in the Action Plan or strategy provided by the interested applicant. Detailed requirement will be discussed with appointed Supplier.
