Description

During project delivery we wish to complete Data and Insight maturity assessments of each of our business units, which will cover the following areas:
• Roadmap for data and analytics capabilities focusing on business outcomes.
• Detailed plan for the role of Data and Reporting Analysts.
• Roadmap for software refresh and cloud adoption.

We wish to work alongside an external consultancy to support the development of these plans and provide an assessment of maturity with data and analytics, leading to a full rollout plan for Data and Insight across the organisation.
