Description

Bolsover District Council invites you to provide a quote to undertake for the Council:

1. the Sustainability Appraisal of its new Local Plan through to adoption in accordance with the European Union Directive 2001/42/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment (the SEA Directive), its transposing regulations (the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004) and associated guidance;

2. the Habitats Regulations Assessment of its new Local Plan through to adoption in accordance with the European Union Directive 1992/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora (the Habitats Directive), its transposing regulations (the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010) and associated guidance.
