Description
In preparing for the draft Local Plan, the council seeks suitably experienced consultants to produce a masterplan for the defined centre in Gillingham. The masterplan will support proposed allocations for the Medway Local Plan, and provide a sound evidence base for Medway's growth strategy and demonstrate deliverability at Local Plan Examination. The primary purpose of the commission is to determine key development opportunities and demonstrate the deliverability of proposals.
