Description

There is an immediate need for a business to business CRM system and Proof of Concept which allows 5 areas to manage their relationships with external organisations.
This is to enable Sheffield Hallam University to:
- quickly and inexpensively implement basic CRM functionality that will provide real benefit.
- Avoid unnecessary complications resulting from multiple and complex requirements
- Allow early visualisation on the look and feel of the solution and to refine requirements
- Ensure the software works in our environment
- Allow the university to identify whether the solution is quick to implement
- Confront any cultural and organisational behaviours that may exist
The primary objective of this project is to roll out a POC that gives all relevant areas a shared space to manage their business contacts.
