Description

MCC intends to put in place a framework agreement for future major outdoor events of this nature with suitable suppliers who can demonstrate the experience and capability to fulfil our requirements.
The framework agreement will be for various events throughout the contract period though the exact requirements cannot be determined at this stage.

For clarification - venue-based events, smaller events organised by MCC of an individual production lot value scoped at less than £3,000 for the lot requirements, or events delivered through an external lead event organiser are NOT incorporated in this framework.

This Framework will be broken down into the following LOTS;
LOT 1 Audio Equipment: design supply and engineering
LOT 2 Lighting Equipment: design supply and engineering
LOT 3 Barriers and fencing
LOT 4 Modular Platforms
LOT 5 Temporary Event Power Supply and Distribution
LOT 6 Temporary Toilets and site cabins
