Description

a. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) (the Authority) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of behavioural insights and related services, to be used on occasion in isolation and as part of an end-to-end process.
b. The Services will include but not be limited to:
• Policy analysis, development and advice;
• Service insight, service design, service delivery and organisational reform;
• Design and implementation of trials;
• Evaluation and reporting of trials;
• Capability building; and
• Thought leadership.
c. The intention is to appoint up to five (5) Suppliers (or consortia with a lead contact), this is to enable Suppliers to build ongoing relationships with government teams, and to contribute to growing the supplier market.
d. The Framework Agreement consists of a single Lot with multiple Suppliers appointed to the Framework Agreement.
