Description

Torus Group seeks to procure suitably qualified supply chain partner(s) to supply, install, test, service and maintain specialist domestic lifting products for a maximum of 5 years (Lot 1 - Supply and Install, Lot 2 - Servicing and Maintenance). The initial contract will be for three years from 1st April 2019 with the option to extend for a further two years subject to satisfactory performance until 31st March 2024. The areas that will be covered are St Helens and Warrington properties, however in the future this could expand with new developments, acquisitions or the possibility of another housing association joining the group therefore the supplier may be asked to carry out works outside of these areas but still within the North West region.
