Description

Rother District Council (RDC) has appointed specialist consultancy support in relation to the consideration of potential Habitats Regulations issues arising from the preparation of its New Local Plan. The Council is aiming to undertake public consultation (Regulation 18 stage) on the draft plan in Spring 2024, and in advance of this have its draft development strategy in place by the beginning of October 2023.
