The campaign will focus and aim of maximising the actions and outcomes of South London Listens Mental Health Action Plan.
The approach will also provide a learnings of a successful behaviour science-led approach for future projects.

and deliver of the Free Your Mind- phase 3 campaign.
2. Scope
The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all aspect of our lives and on our physical and mental health. COVID-19 has brought many new challenges; but it has also had an amplifying effect on pre-existing inequalities in both society and health services, threatening the most vulnerable in our communities. Affected communities and groups are those already experiencing significant health inequalities, including those from black and minority ethnic groups, and people who are economically and socially disadvantaged.
The Free Your Mind - phase 3 campaign will work in partnership with the South London Listens Programme to support some of the priorities and actions included in the South London Listens Action Plan published in Nov 2021.
The Free Your Mind - phase 3 will support and complement the face to face approach that South London Listens is implementing to deliver the action plan set up to help prevent a mental ill-health crisis as a direct result of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
