Description
The new proposals for The Foyer Partnership Building consist of:
Repair of existing Air Handling Unit. Including supply and installation of additional parts to
ensure a fully functioning unit.
Re-balance and re-configuration of existing ductwork distribution system.
Disconnection and Capping off of redundant LTHW heating supply to existing Air Handling
Unit.
Upgrade/Repair and replacement of existing AHU controls and control valves.
Procurement of new Gas Pipework and incoming main, install to include all necessary
elements to comply with requirements.
Installation of new Gas Boiler, Flues and associated controls to comply with statutory
requirements.
Installation of new hydraulic system to include all necessary ancillaries and pumps to serve
existing AHU coils.
Re-configure existing hydraulic arrangement serving the underfloor heating system from the
existing ground source heat pumps, including new pumps and replacement of faulty ground
source primary pumps.
Add new buffer vessels to existing ground source heat pump system.
Separation of controls from The Foyer Building systems and panel.
Upgrade and repair controls to existing underfloor system, AHU from existing Control Panel.

Add new Boiler controls to existing panel located in The Foyer Partnership Building AHU
plant room.
Provide costs for modification to existing cold water boosted system to add a flow meter.
Provide costs to separate the existing HWS service to the Foyer Partnership Building from
The Foyer Building. Three alternative cost options are required one for a combined Ground
and First Floor system and one for individual units for each floor and a budget sum for the
provision of a secondary circuit and HWS calorifier served from the new boiler including new
distribution pipework.
