Description

Cloud based IT service management system supported by the Purchase of
i) seven Ivanti ITSM named licenses including support and maintenance, and
ii) one Ivanti ITSM concurrent license including support and maintenance and in support of previous agreement for cloud subscription services provided by the Supplier (then trading as Heat Software). Named and concurrent licenses mean named Sport England employees or agents will be assigned to the licenses.
First 12 month extension option has now been utilised.
