Description
The predominant usage of this framework will be to undertake works in domestic properties however, the successful Contractors will be expected to also carry out work to commercial properties such as offices, schools, commercial lettings, sheltered schemes and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership.
The expectation of EEM is that the established framework will cover their requirements for the provision of a vacant property cleansing,
property clearing and garden clearance service.
EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and
Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public
