Description

The Project objectives include:
1.Improving delivery of APHA's annual financial accounts to be laid before parliament whilst ensuring that management review points are minimised.
2.Improving the forecast process and accuracy of APHA reporting.
3.Reviewing the budget.
4.Putting in place continuous improvement activities and aid in the Defra finance transformation and work with Defra on the Finance Transformation project to include new structures and procedures.
