Description

Gateway Housing Association wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos removal at properties owned/managed by Gateway Housing Association. Typically, asbestos removal will be required on an ad-hoc basis in line with planned work programmes. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.
It is intended that the contracts established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway Housing Association. The estimated contract value for asbestos removal is £40,000 (exc VAT) per annum.
