Description
Birmingham Property Services is seeking suitably qualified organisations to provide a service for the Acquisition of land and premises and settlement of compensation claims under Compulsory Purchase Powers on behalf of Birmingham City Council.
The contract is due to commence on Wednesday 15th March 2017, and continue until such time as the purchase of the properties and land are completed and the payment of compensation monies is paid. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
