The purpose of this tender is to establish a contract with a sole supplier to provide a range of bespoke Configuration, development and support services for its Cherwell system.
The length of the contract will be two (2) years with a possible one (1) year extension.
The Council makes no guarantees to the supplier in terms of values and or volumes, as this is dependent on the transactions made throughout the life of this contract.
The Council does not guarantee any minimum level of spend.
