Description

The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of the 2015 Borough-wide Residents' Survey fieldwork. The biennial borough-wide survey is an important part of our customer insight work. This will allow us to explore in more detail key resident opinions and concerns. The survey will for an important part of our performance management function, and the findings will shape options and actions being taken forward in commissioning plans. The contract will initially be for a period of 4 months commencing 1st August 2015. Included in the specification is the provision of additional fieldwork to inform service specific consultations including the provision of library services within the borough. Social Value elements (economic, social, environmental) are relevant to this quotation and your ability to provide added value shall form part of the quotation assessment. Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any quotation. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous submitted. Deadline for submission of a completed Quotation Questionnaire is 4pm on Monday 20th July 2015.
