UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) had a requirement for Collimators and Optical Fibres. The materials being purchased are the only ones which are compatible with that existing design which cannot be changed with which this supplier is the only supplier who can supply these. Any changes would mean redesign.
