Description

The Council invites Tenders to provide the following processing services via the Northgate revenues and benefits system:
Revenues processing (council tax and business rates ~ occupations/vacations; instalment requests)
Benefit processing (change in circumstances, new claims, ATLAS income from earnings, memo messages between Council Tax, Customer Service and Benefits, and incoming emails).
This contract is envisaged as an "as and when" contract to supplement the Council's own resource during peak periods.
