Text to be corrected in the original notice:
Instead of: A dedicated lot for the provision of services for sale of developments that are made up of a mixture of Shared Ownership and Private Sale units.
Read: A 'hybrid' Lot that allows successful bidders to compete for developments that are either solely Shared Ownership, Private Sale or a mixture of Share Ownership and Private sale.
Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is establishing a Framework to appoint sales agents for all future schemes. The services will be covered by 3 separate Lots depending on the individual developments and the types of units being sold that the eventual call-off contracts relate to such as shared ownership, private sale or developments that contain a mixture of shared ownership and private sale.
NHG are looking to appoint a broad mixture of suppliers who will ensure high quality services to potential Buyers of NHG properties, a good customer focussed service and provide an efficient and cost-effective service to NHG for any of the different types of tenure.
The awarding of a place on NHG's Framework for Estate Agents does not guarantee any amount of work but offers the opportunity to competitively tender for contracts as and when NHG has a requirement.
This Framework will also be available to use by other Contracting Authorities as defined later in this notice and will run for 4 years.
